Description

Site visit will be held at the following date and time, on St Elizabeths West Campus, 2701 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., SE, Wash., DC 20032-2608: Date: December 18, 2015 Time: 9:00 AM, EST Pre-registration is required for all attendees to the pre-proposal Site Visit. The Site Visit shall be limited to not more than four (4) representatives from each Offeror. Before 4:00 PM, EST, on December 16, 2015, Offerors shall submit a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) identifying all attendees from their respective team. Include the name, DOB and Citizenship. Participants must have a valid, Government issued picture identification, driver's license preferred, to gain access for the pre-proposal Site Visit. Notification of the location of entry, where attendees are required to meet, and all other requirements for the Site Visit will be issued to the Offerors. Submit the VAR to the point of contact listed below.
