Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice. The actual solicitation is expected to be posted on or before 12/14/2015. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: LKC Technologies RETeval Complete System with adapter cable for DIN electrodes and carrying case, or an equal product in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation. 1.The system shall be a hand-held configuration with battery power for ease of use with patients and testing as a screening tool. 2.Pupillometry functions to detect and measure pupil size and automatically adjust flash and background intensity as needed. This test shall also be able to adjust the flash intensity in order to negate the need for dilating drops. 3.The recording is performed with a single electrode array placed on the skin under the eye. 4.An IR camera allows the subject's eye to be visualized by the tester during the test. 5.A photometer automatically corrects for brightness and color of the flash stimuli. 6.Flash stimuli shall include red (621nm), green (530nm), blue (470nm) and white (RGB) LEDs.
