Description

The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 has a requirement for the provision of all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to collect, remove, and dispose of the VA's solid waste resulting from the day to day operation located at John J. Pershing Veterans Hospital in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. All work shall be performed in accordance with specifications as provided in the solicitation. Contract will be for a base period of one year anticipated to begin January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. This requirement is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) participation. The NAICS code is 562111 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about December 15, 2015. A copy of the RFQ can be requested by contacting Karen Maggart (Karen.maggart@va.gov) for a copy. Due date for receipt of offers is December 23, 2015, 3:00 p.m. (local time). Anticipated award date is January 1, 2016.
