This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes. 16. b. Running Track Repair. The prosed work is for a Design/Build project to repair and replace damaged existing running track with new rubber composition. The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, supervision, material, equipment, and performs all operations in connection with the following: repair rubber composition running track, related drainage system including natural soil, base and top stone, field monofilament turf with all the same existing materials and other incidental required work. There is an existing drainage 6 � storm sewer pipe beneath the surface across the damaged track along the middle section of the running track. This includes essential investigation within the limited crack/split area only and if necessary it requires a repair and adjustment. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis only. This is not a solicitation announcement and there is no Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to download. This synopsis is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified Small Business sources prior to issuing a RFP. **************************************************************** The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238990 and the annual size standard is $ 15,000,000. **************************************************************** Estimated cost: $ 181,361 **************************************************************** Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. **************************************************************** 17.
