Description

requirements x-y stage specification SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. Sources sought for: X-Y stage for MFX Detector Mover = Qty 1 Requirements for proposal of all vendors: 1. Qualification of past succesful experience with delivering of government project. 2. Provide detailed designs that meet the required specification of SLAC. 3. Provide SLAC a 3-D solid model that can be translated into Solid Edge. 4. Provide SLAC an assembly drawing. 5. Responsible for Fabricating and procuring all the parts, assembling them, and testing to assure the X-Y stage meet the specification of SLAC. 6. Packaging of the completed assembly carefully to assure no damage during the shipping. 7. Assurance of meeting the March 31, 2016 delivery to SLAC. 8. Provide warranty information per contract agreement.
