Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f). E-mailed offers will be accepted and are due to steve.tompkins@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM EST on December 28, 2015 - Offeror responsible to confirm receipt. All offers must provide company name, point of contact information and the VAMC solicitation number. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR part 12 in conjunction with FAR part 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those identified in the original document. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562211, Size Standard 38.5 Million dollars. All offerors shall be sent to the Contracting Officer: Steven S. Tompkins @ steve.tompkins@va.gov. Confirmation of receipt is required.
