Description

VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN3) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Proquest, LLC for subscriptions to their exclusive medical databases and clinical research titles along with consumer and health administrative knowledge products. for use by the multiple VA Medical Centers of VISN3. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed period of the contract will be for a base year + 4 option years. NAICS Code 519120 Libraries and Archives applies to this procurement.
