- Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Tampa Delineated Area: North : MacDill Air Force Base South : Columbus Drive (becomes Boy Scout Road which merges at Tampa International Airport) East : Old Tampa Bay (Bay between Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties) West : Nebraska Avenue (See attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,712 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,712 Space Type: Office Surface Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 20 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: •1. Gate control for parking spaces required •2. Unique security requirement for a dedicated loading dock with roll up door within 25 feet for a 1 st floor vault Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
