- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.603 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13.5 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The RFP number is W90QUW52790100. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110725. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 561110 and the size standard is $7.5M. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to award to an 8 (a) Small Business - Direct Award IAW FAR 19.811-1 (b). Interested 8 (a) Small Businesses may identify their interest and to respond to the requirement and submit proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days, after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determine the 8 (a) Small Business that will be directly awarded this requirement. The proposed contract is an 8 (a) Direct Award and will be made as a Firm-Fixed Price Commercial type contract. This contract will consist of a base year and four year options. All options will be exercised contingent on funding and Government continual need of the required actions. The requirement is an 8 (a) restricted action to be performed at The Utah National Guard Headquarters, located at 12953 S Minuteman Drive Draper, UT 84020.
