Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Beckley, West Virginia (VAMC Beckley) has a need to procure Pharmacy services for Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) for eligible veteran beneficiaries as referred by the Beckley VAMC's (CBOCs) a part of VA Medical Center, Beckley, WV. Services are estimated to be needed for a period of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year renewable option periods. Pharmacy shall be able to provide prescriptions to VA beneficiaries as prescribed by physicians assigned to the proposed Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The CBOC is located at 1511 North Walker Street, Princeton, WV 24740 and 3584 Davis Stuart Rd. Lewisburg, WV 24901. The contractor must possess all licenses, permits, accreditation's and certificates as required by law. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform Pharmacy Services in accordance with the contract requirements. An estimated 1,875 for the base year and 2,500 prescriptions per year after the base year will be filled on an as needed basis. The NAICS code for this requirement is 446110, Size Standard is $7.0M.
