- "US Army Trial Counsel Assistance Program seeks two (2), week long, training programs (approximately March 7-11 2016 and July 25-29 2016) focused on the use of computers and digital devices in the prosecution of criminal exploitation of children. The courses should be taught by a range of highly experienced investigators and prosecutors with expertise in child sex abuse and child pornography cases. The courses should highlight offender methods, investigative tools, search and seizure issues, and effective presentation at trial. The courses should also include instruction about the Military Criminal Investigative Organizations Liaison, CyberTipline, Child Victim Identification Program, and Technical Assistance Reports." The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is: 611430 All responses shall be prepared in MS word or PDF format and shall contain sufficient information to support the company's claim that they have the capability to perform training on the prosecution of criminal exploitation of children. Interested sources should submit the following information: (1) A brief summary that demonstrates knowledge and capability to provide prosecution of criminal exploitation of children training (2) Relative experience with prosecution of criminal exploitation of children training (3) Identification of any subcontractors (4) A corporate point of contact, phone number, email address and website (if available). (5) Identification of business size (and any social-economic considerations), NAICS code, cage code, and DUNS number Interested sources should submit the requested information no later than 14 calendar days from the date of this publication. Email submittals must be restricted to a maximum file size of 8MB and should be in MSWord or PDF format. In the event that the email submission is larger than 8MB, separate into several emails. Interested sources may submit their response to the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Close Combat System Center, ACC-NJ-CC, ATTN: David Schutzer, Building 10, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806.
