Attachment 1 Pump Listing In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3, "Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes" the United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the capability to perform A/C, Bilge and Fire Pump Overhauls for the 110' Patrol Boats (WPB) and the Fire Pump Overhauls for the 378' High Endurance Cutter (WHEC). The A/C, Bilge and Fire Pumps were originally bought and installed on the 110' cutters at the time of the Patrol Boats' original acquisition. The Fire Pump was added as standard configuration to the 378' WHECs in the 1990's. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all three pumps is ITT Gould Pumps, 240 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333911, Pump and Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, Small Business Size 500 Employees. There is no solicitation at this time. This Sources Sought does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
