Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-16-R-0060 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to perform Tree Planting Services at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to install twenty five (25) trees (both evergreen / coniferous and deciduous) at the Calverton National Cemetery. Performance includes the planting of twenty five (25) trees, installation of proper mulch base, staking of trees, installation and initial filling of self-watering bags and the subsequent removal of all associated debris. Completion Time: Work cannot commence until FY16 spring planting season, which normally begins in the Northeast around late March/early April - weather is permitting. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications and schedules. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.5 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 12/21/2015. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 01/11/2016. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
