AMRDEC and DOTC will sponsor a Precision Shoulder Launch Missile (P-SLM) System Requirements and Technology Exchange Days January 20- 21, 2016 at the Dynetics Solutions Complex, 1004 Explorer Blvd, Huntsville, AL 35806. The P-SLM System Requirements and Technology Exchange Day event attendance is open to all DoD contractors and is not limited to National Armaments Consortium (NAC) members only. This no-cost event will provide a forum for information exchange with representatives from the DoD and industry on innovative design concepts and enabling technologies to achieve desired P-SLM System capabilities. During the event, one-on-one discussion opportunities between vendors and government personnel will be made available with priority being given to P-SLM RFI (W15QKN-16-Z-02KH) respondents with a full System Solution. The Government intends to use DOTC to potentially fund one or more vendor platforms for use in technology development in FY17 and beyond. AMRDEC intends to establish a demonstration opportunity in the late 3rd quarter of FY16 for interested industry vendors to demonstrate their missile platforms that meet demo entrance criteria which will be provided at the event. All interested parties are required to register for this event at the website below. The tentative agenda for the technology exchange follows and will be adjusted based on participation responses: • Day 1, 20 Jan (0900-1600): o DOTC/National Armaments Consortium (NAC) Overview o NAC Membership Benefits o Navigating through the DOTC Annual Cycle o Ground Tactical Capability Area Overview o Non-Hosted Lunch o Precision Shoulder Launched Missile (P-SLM) Overview o P-SLM Demonstration Entrance Criteria o Industry and Government team One-on-Ones. • Day 2, 21 Jan (0900-1700): o Industry and Government team One-on-Ones. One-on-One discussions will provide vendors and government personnel an opportunity to discuss vendor RFI responses and applicable technologies. This will also provide vendors an opportunity to discuss their intent to participate in the demonstration along with information (form factor, features, expected performance, and launching approach) related the missile platform proposed for use in the demonstration. One-on-one discussions will be limited to one hour. Vendors must submit their unclassified One-on-One Discussion Presentations electronically to the Points of Contact (POC) listed below by COB (CST) on 14 January 2016.
