- NAICS code change to 517911-Telecommunications resellers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ-FSA-341006-16-0011). This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a 60 month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The NAICS code is 334220 Radio & TV Broadcasting & Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees. This is a set-aside for small businesses. The Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Office of Information and Security Services (ISS) has a need for a contractor to provide Motorola 2-Way radios, repeaters, parts & accessories that will be utilized at all Bureau of the Fiscal Service locations specified within the solicitation. This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
