Description
Draft SOW The Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is soliciting Sources Sought request for planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids or a Request for Proposals. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this Sources Sought. The intent of this request is to collect information from small businesses that are capable of providing the required work described in the draft SOW. Also provide any information that will improve the SOW as written to ensure industry understands the requirement. The proceeding RFQ will be based on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. The vehicle inspections described in the SOW will take place at the Government facility however the approved maintenance repairs will be at the vendor's facility. Since the repairs will be at the vendors facility the Government is contemplating putting a 50 mile radius requirement for all vendors, please provide feedback if this would be necessary in order to keep prices down and to allow all vendors a reasonable opportunity to win the award based on LPTA. All responses are to include: 1. Name of Company 2. GSA Schedule Number, if applicable. 3. Small Business Size/Type 4. NAICS Code 5. Description of your company's relevant experience and resource capabilities in performing this type of work. Please do not provide generic capability statements as they shall add no value to this RFI. The Government is seeking specific information in conjunction with the specifications of this requirement. All responses shall be submitted in writing via email to Anthony Pierce (contract specialist) at pierceal@state.gov no later than 10:00 AM, EST on Monday, 28 Dec 2015. In order to participate in the resulting RFQ and to be eligible for an award, the proposer must have (i) a current CAGE Code, (ii) a DUNS#, (iii) be registered to do business with the Government of the United States in the System For Award Management (SAM) and (iv) not be on the Excluded Parties List.
