- Description
- The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Glacier National Park, is seeking interested sources that can fill propane tanks to locations within Glacier National Park Boundaries including: West Glacier. Montana locations (12 locations with tank sizes ranging from 500 to 1,000 gallons) East Glacier/Saint Mary, Montana (9 locations with tank sizes ranging from 500 gallons to 8,000 gallons) One remote location up at Goat Haunt (2,000 gallon tank filled once a year ¿ delivery requires access through Canada so truck and driver must be insured to drive in Canada) Fill portable propane tanks consolidated at the Supply Center in West Glacier MT. The base period of performance will be for 12 months with not all locations receiving a delivery everyone month. Up to four option years may be included in the solicitation. Estimated projections for each location will only be provided in the solicitation phase. The NAICS code for this project is 424710, with a size standard of 100 employees. Contractors having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide company information in the format of a narrative that demonstrates technical understanding, past performance and experience to Andrea Hannon, Contract Specialist at: andrea_hannon@nps.gov. Contractors should indicate if they have the capabilities to fill all three locations listed above, if not all three list the locations you are capable of filling. Responses should include the following information: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, socio-economic status (Small Business, Service Disabled, 8(a), etc), provide DUNS number, state if/if not registered in SAM. All relevant input is encouraged. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited; no basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business, 8(a) or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate based on the response for this notice.
