- The DSS requires ongoing customer satisfaction assessment and improvement services which offers the capability to create, edit, collect, analyze, correlate, and provide reports for Agency requirements: continuous collection and analysis of customer experience metrics on external and internal Agency websites, continuous and intermittent collection of student feedback and evaluation of education and training programs, intermittent feedback from education and training program stakeholders, intermittent collection of customer feedback from the industry base that DSS serves, continuous collection of certification assessment data, and continuous collection of customer experience data. This description of requirement describes the DSS requirement for ongoing customer satisfaction assessment and improvement services which offers the capability to create, edit, collect, analyze, correlate, and provide reports for Agency requirements: continuous collection and analysis of customer experience metrics on external and internal Agency websites, continuous and intermittent collection of student feedback and evaluation of education and training programs, intermittent feedback from education and training program stakeholders, intermittent collection of customer feedback from the industry base that DSS serves, continuous collection of certification assessment data, and continuous collection of customer experience data. Program offices need the capability to view and validate data, assemble data into useful reports, display responses in tabular and a variety of charts, and display results in reports that are useful at various levels of management. DSS personnel need the capability to monitor some responses in real time. DSS currently lacks the ability to provide the appropriate level of administrative management and consulting services required by DSS and its directorates.
