- THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. This announcement is not a solicitation notice but serves as sources sought for 25 lb A.S.C.E. guide rails to be compliance to the Buy American ACT. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to determine if any manufactures can provide 25 lb rails A.S.C.E. for aircraft hangar doors that meet the Buy American Act per FAR 52.225-11(Construction Materials Under Trade Agreements). All vendors capable of providing 25 lb rails A.S.C.E. are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought synopsis. Please respond by e-mail to halim.toulas@uscg.mil with "Sources Sought reference number HSCG82-16-N-PMV263" in the subject line. Response is required by NLT 6 January 2016.
