- Option Year 2 - ISWM Bid Schedule Exhibit A, 22 Dec 2015 Option Year 1 - ISWM Bid Schedule Exhibit A, dated 22 Dec 2015 Basic Year ISWM Bid Schedule Exhibit A dated 22 Dec 2015 ISWM NFARS Bid Schedule dated 22 Dec 2015 ISWM Solicitation - Amendment #1, dated 23 Dec, 2015. Option Year 4 - ISWM Bid Schedule Exhibit A, 22 Dec 2015 Option Year 3 - ISWM Bid Schedule Exhibit A, 22 Dec 2015 S205-Contractor to provide all plant labor, equipment, materials, and transportation, necessary to perform Refuse Collection and Recycling Service, in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 29 May 2015, Project# RVKQ 16-0149s, at the 914 Airlift Wing Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, and 107 Air National Guard Niagara Falls, N.Y. The project includes but is not limited to the following tasks: basewide refuse and recycle of the following items: cardboard recyclable, paper recyclable, construction debris, plastic, glass, and metal can recyclables. Collection of refuse and recyclable materials shall be from the contractor-provided, government-approved containers, or recycling bins. Period of Performance: Basic Year plus 4 Option Years, with a proposed start date of 01 Feb 2016. Solicitation is full and open with a 10% HUBZone SB evaluation preference. Possible Multiple awards may be considered as a result of this solicitation. The type of contract that would be awarded will be an Firm Fixed-Price Service Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, with a small business size of $12,500,000. All responsive responsible sources from both small and large business concerns may submit a proposal that shall be considered. Estimated issue date for solicitation FA6670-16-R-0001 is on or after 08 Dec 2015, with RFP closing approximately 30 days thereafter. Solicitation will be issued electronically from FBO website: https://www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be provided. All questions shall be in writing, no later than 24 Dec 15, and sent by email to: murray.taylor2@us.af.mil or linda.hatfield@us.af.mil or by facsimile (716-236-2357). It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for any changes or updates. Solicitation issue date is 08 Dec 2015, the RFP closing date now becomes 08 Jan 16. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov. The Site Visit will be on 16 Dec, 2015 at 1pm in Bldg 800, Room 232 at the Niagara Falls ARS, NY 14304. Please email murray.taylor2@us.af.mil for access for the site visit. The Entry Authorization List (EAL) that is attached (ATCH 6) must be filled out and returned via email by the morning of 14 Dec, 2015. Please have your information for each person attending the site visit on the EAL form for everyone in your party to gain access onto the Airbase through our Security Force's Visitor Center. Additional Info : the Refuse-Recycling Bid Schedule (ATCH 5) is to be used to submit your bid proposal dollar values. UPDATES as of 17 Dec 2015 - I have made updates to the required insurance form and Bid Schedules. The Solicitation dated 17 Dec 2015 has been updated and uploaded with new Bid Schedules for which you will enter your proposed cost. PLEASE NOTE - When you open the ISWM Bid Schedule (ATCH 05) that there are corresponding documents associated with CLINs 09 and 10 called Municipal Solid Waste Collection and Unscheduled Items Pick up & special Events. They are attached on your left hand side of the ISWM Bid Schedule document. I've also attached the latest versions of Attachments 01 through 07 of this Solicitation dated 17 Dec 2015 (Superseding attachments from precious dates). Update as of 23 Dec 2015 - ATCH 5 (Refuse-Recycling Bid Schedule) has been revised. Please fill out and use this version to submit your Bid totals for Basic Year and each Option Period.
