- This is a Combined Synopsis/ SOLICITATION for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N0025916T0052 and it is issued for reference only. The requirement is a small business. The closing date is 01/04/2016 @ 06:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
