Description

Statement of Work Clean Room, Blast Room and Composite/Powder Coat Curing Oven dated 17 December 2015 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET RESEARCH ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF INTERESTED SOURCES FOR THE BELOW REQUIREMENT. NO AWARD(S) WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION. The 452 nd Operational Contracting Office, March ARB, CA is doing market research to determine: If there are sources capable of providing and installing a clean room, a blast room, and a composite/powder coated curing oven as identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 17 December 2015; or if there are sources capable of providing some but not all of the components identified in the SOW. The following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applies to this request for information: 333999 All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. All contractors capable and interested in performing the SOW, either in whole or in part, are invited to provide the following information: - Company Name, - Address, - Point of Contact (POC) - Business size - CAGE Code, - Description of items capable of providing - Delivery and installation time frame Contractors capable of performing the SOW requirements, in whole or in part, are requested to submit the information identified above via email to marissa.lopez.5@us.af.mil and norman.macrunnel@us.af.mil no later than 4:00PM PST, Friday, 22 January 2016. It is highly recommended that emailed submissions be sent to both points of contact and that email subject line identify "Clean Room, Blast Room and Composite/Powder Coat Curing Oven". THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a request for proposal and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned, considered as proposals nor will any award be made as a result. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from industries responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future RFP. Any future solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website ( https://www.fbo.gov/ ). Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for release of a solicitation package.
