- FBO DOC BIO DATA FULL RFQ The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a United States government-owned corporation created in 2004, whose mission is to provide grant assistance to support economic growth and poverty reduction in select developing countries with a demonstrated commitment to just and democratic governance, economic (Compact) with MCC that includes a plan for achieving shared development objectives and the responsibilities of each country in achieving those objects. The Department of Compact Operations (DCO), Front Office of Compact Support, Sector Operations is seeking a full-time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) to serve as a Program Officer/Senior Program Officer to support Program Accountability and Oversight. The primary purpose of this position is to assist with a variety of analytical and management tasks aimed at ensuring accountability and improving oversight of MCC's international programs. Performing trend analysis on findings/recommendations from audits, evaluations and reviews, and providing regular reports to DCO management. Providing ongoing support and advice on the audit process and reviews. Serving as a DCO representative on issues related to audits and oversight actions and as a point of contact between DCO and Financial Management Division (FMD) on audit-related issues. The PSC will perform a variety of tasks and assignments related to DCO's involvement in Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Office of Inspector General (OIG) audits, reviews, and investigations of DCO programs and will coordinate closely with staff of MCC's FMD. Responsibilities This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-84).
