- Section B Pricing and Section C Statement of Work NC Wage Deternimation The U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors, (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, intends to issue a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Edward R. Murrow Transmitting Station in Grimesland, NC for Antenna Line Pole and Transmission Line Maintenance. These commercial services will be procured in accordance with format of Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The authority for acquiring quotes on this basis made under authority of FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220. This Solicitation Number BBG50-Q-16-1089-00014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) that will result in a single IDIQ award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract using FAR Part 12.6 and 13.5 (Contract by Commercial Items and SAP) procedures to provide Antenna Line Pole and Transmission Line Maintenance for the Edwards R. Murrow Transmitting Station, 3919 VOA Site B Road, Grimesland, NC 27837. The government reserves the right to make an award on the initial quote without discussions of this procurement. This requirement will be a Base Year contract and (4) option years award. The Section B - Price Schedule, Section C - Statement of Work and Wage Determination No.: 2015-2393, Revision No.: 1, Date of revision 12/09/2015 will be attached.
