- Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Description: Water Plant Maintenance Services Description of Items, Quantities and Units: See attached Statement of Work Performance Location:VA North Texas Health Care System 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, TX 75216-7167 The NCO 17 is seeking sources from businesses that can provide the services described in the attached Statement of Work. Businesses that can provide these services are requested to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Interested firms should provide a capabilities statement with their response. Interested firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the RFI (6 January 2016, 4:00PM EST) to be considered. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Notice: Do NOT respond to this notice in the Interested Vendors List. The POC for the sources sought notice does not have a Federal Business Opportunities registration account. The POC does not have any visibility to the "Interested Vendors List" tab within the notice.
