Description

This is an FBO Request for Information for a tentative requirement to provide the Sonomed VuMax HD B-Scan for the VA/DOD Monterey HCC in Marina, CA. As part of Market Research, NCO 21 is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested authorized distributors capable of providing Sonomed VuMax HD B-Scan. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The draft CLIN described herein is only the currently contemplated products and specifications, and may vary from the products and specifications in any final Request for Quote (RFQ). A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 333314 CLIN 001: (1 set) Sonomed VuMax HD B-Scan/UBM/A-Scan Imaging System (US) oVuMAX HD B-Scan / UBM / A-Scan Imaging System (US) oVuMAX HD Unit (BUA) o12 MHz B-Probe oWater Path Probe oMulti-Probe Cable o35 MHz Transducer oStandard Immersion A-Probe, 10 MHz o21.5" Flat Planel LED Monitor oUSB Foot Pedal oImmersion Cups (Set of 4 - 18/20/22/Silicone) o60 Hz Power Cord, US oWireless Keyboard and Mouse oVuMAX HD User Manual This RFI is only for identifying potential sources as part of NCO 21's Market Research. No RFQ exists. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which the agency can issue any contracts. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Do not submit pricing information in response to this RFI. Please provide only business name, DUNS#, socio-economic status, and proof of authorized distributor. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI.
