The U.S. Forest Service is interested in leasing 3,717 usable square feet of office/support space and 7,500 square feet of secured, ware-yard space. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,379 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,717 Space Type: Office 3,717 USF ABOA, Secure Wareyard (For Government Vehicle Parking): 7,500 USF ABOA Delineated Area North Boundary- Starting at the West end of Dubois, on Warm Springs Dr, head South-East to Clubhouse Dr, then travel South-East along U.S Hwy 26 to Meckem St., follow Meckem St. South-East to Lander St. Continue on Lander St to U.S. Hwy 26. Follow U.S. Hwy 26 East to N Horsecreek RD, head north to Clendenning St, then East to Mercantile St., then North to Lincoln St. (Lincoln St running West to East concludes the North Boundary. East Boundary- Starting at the corner of Lincoln Street where the North Boundary ends. Head South to Clendenning St, then south on Barber Street to Marciana St, continue south on Hough St to E Rams Horn, then head South-East on the North side of U.S. Hwy 26, 2.5 miles South-East of the intersection of 1st St & E Rams Horn. Finally Crossing US Hwy 26 From the North side of the Hwy to the South Side of the Hwy. South Boundary- Starting at the East Boundary on the South side of the US Hwy 26, head North-West to E Welty St, then West to Lander St, North to U.S. Hwy 26, then North-West to Warm Springs DR. West Boundary- The turn from US Hwy 26 onto Warm Springs Dr. Parking Spaces (Total): 29 Parking Spaces (Surface): 29 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Soft Term: 10 Years ****The Government has determined that approximately 1.03 acres of land support these requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
