Market Survey - for AIR 500 - Electronic File Service Historical Scanning Project for AIR-500 Market Survey Response Number DTFAWA-16-R-16500 SCOPE: The Federal Aviation Administration, Aircraft Certification Service (AIR) has a requirement for Contractor support services to perform a variety of document scanning services, referred to as the Electronic File Service (EFS). Incumbent Contractor: The incumbent contract information is as follows: Contract Number: DTFAWA-11-C-00003, Task Order 3445 Contract Expiration: November 6, 2016 Incumbent Contractor: Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, 700 N. Frederick Ave, LOC B, Gaithersburg, MD 20879-3328. Incumbent Contractor Business Category:Large Business Nature of the Competition: The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time. If the Market Survey results in providing meaningful information, the FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA ™s 8(a) Program.
