- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) intends to solicit Ward Leonard for the tear down and inspect for the repair of NSN 4Y 6125 013316866 QTY 1 per SUBMEPP Refurbishment Instruction 3140-012-0697 Rev B. Award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 10 days of this notice.
