Description

The original submission required a “renewal” of accreditation which was incorrect. The requirement is actually for a “Surveillance” audit of the laboratories which occurs at the mid-point of the two year period of accreditation provided under Contract W31P4Q-14-P-0297 This combined solicitation/synopsis has been extended until 13 January 2016 at 4:00pm CST. Oral Communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than 4:00 p.m., (CST), 13 January 2016. Quotes shall be submitted by email only to keith.b.gregory5.civ@mail.mil. Other electronic or hard copy submissions are not authorized. QUOTES/OFFERS RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED DUE DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
