- Site Plan THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY2016 FUNDS. The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal services to be performed at the Curtis Bay MD U.S. Army Reserve Center located at 720 Ordnance Rd Curtis Bay, MD 21226 (MD024). The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government.
