- The Army Contract Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a contractor to provide Copper Washer in accordance with drawing 9213759 Rev E dated 24 Nov 2014, specifications MIL-DTL-48249 Rev B dated 11 May 2012, and MIL-DTL-32486 with Amend 1 dated 18 Mar 2015. End Use: 155mm, M1123/M1124 ACC-RI intends to issue a Request for Quote, W52P1J-16-T-3007, to the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.fbo.gov/ on 23 Dec 2015 with a closing date of 13 Jan 2016. This procurement will be firm-fixed price and set-aside 100% for small business. A First Article Test (FAT) is required. The applicable NAICS code is 332722 with a small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement will be a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for this requirement contains Distribution A and D restricted data. The TDP has been uploaded to FBO for request of access. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award resulting from this solicitation. SAM replaces CCR/FedReg and ORCA. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via SAM accessed through www.sam.gov/ or by calling 1-866-606-8220.
