- Answers to questions The purpose of amendment #2 is to answer the following questions to the original Solicitation # DJJ-16-EOIR-PR-0157: 1) List of Items, Schedule of Requirements, Scope of Work, Terms of Reference, Bill of Materials required. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in the RFQ for all of the information necessary for this requirement to include the list of items, requirements, and scope. 2) Soft Copy of the Tender Document through email. The PDF of the Statement of Work and the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) are attached to the RFQ. 3) Names of countries that will be eligible to participate in this tender. All vendors registered in System for Awards Management (SAM) and with an active DUNS number are eligible to bid. 4) Information about the Tendering Procedure and Guidelines All proposals submitted should be based on the information in the RFQ and the attachments in the RFQ. 5) Estimated Budget for this Purchase. Budgets are not provided by the government. It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide a quote. 6) Any Extension of Bidding Deadline? No, there will be no extension to the bidding deadline due to this requirement's urgency. 7) Any Addendum or Pre Bid meeting Minutes? This requirement has no further addendums. All required documents were attached to the RFQ when issued. The government did not hold pre-bid meetings and as a result there are no pre-bid minutes. 8) Do you need to have this delivered via air or can it be delivered via ocean? The items must be delivered no later than 30 days after award. They can be shipped by any means necessary to meet the delivery requirement. 9) Are the materials that need to be shipped already packaged and ready to go? All of the items are in the original boxes and packaging materials that were provided/shipped by the manufacturer(s). Please see the attached Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in the RFQ for specific packaging/shipping instructions. Please submit all quotes to opseoir.procurement@usdoj.gov no later than 1:00pm est. on Tuesday January 5, 2016.
