- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Santa Barbara & Goleta Delineated Area: City of Santa Barbara & City of Goleta Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,193 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,560 Space Type: Office, Retail, or Industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Space must be contiguous on one floor. If space is located above the ground floor, a minimum of two elevators is required (one may be a freight elevator). • Space must allow efficient use, including: configuration (space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide); and size, number and placements of columns (columns must be at least 20ft from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2ft square. • Space to be located within two (2) city blocks from a primary or secondary street. • Janitorial services to be provided between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. • Where on-site parking is not available, parking for disabled must be located within the same block. • Lessor to provide TI Allowance per RLP. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100- year flood plain.
