- Description: The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Janitorial Services at the Illinois Valley Ranger Station, Wild Rivers Ranger District on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The Illinois Valley Ranger Station is located at 26568 Redwood Highway, Cave Junction, Oregon. Services will require the contractor to furnish all labor, supplies (except those that are government-furnished), materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and incidentals to perform the required work in accordance with the specifications. The contract performance period is estimated to be March 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 for the base year with two (2) option years, if exercised by the Government, not to exceed 12/31/2018. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is 18 Million. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about January 19, 2016. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system.
