The acquisition will be conducted using a multi-step process. Instructions for STEP ONE were published on FEDBIZOPPS on November 18, 2015. STEP ONE was conducted pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.202, Advisory multi-step process. Results were published on the Census Bureau's website at http://www.census.gov/about/business-opportunities/opportunities/vender-opps/2015-12-15-2020-cqa.html. STEP TWO includes the release of this final solicitation, receipt of full proposals, evaluation of proposals and contract award. Pursuant to FAR 5.102 Availability of Solicitations, this notice serves as the formal notice to industry that the Census Bureau has released the final solicitation for the 2020 Census Questionnaire Assistance acquisition. The final solicitation is included as an attachment to this notice. As previously announced on FEDBIZOPPS the Census Bureau plans to hold a pre-proposal conference on January 11, 2016. Logistics and other information about the pre-proposal conference are posted on the Census Bureau's website at http://www.census.gov/about/business-opportunities/opportunities/vender-opps/2015-12-15-2020-cqa.html. Registration for the pre-proposal conference is now closed. See solicitation paragraph L.2 Acquisition Schedule for initial proposal due date.
