Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Advanced Packaging, Inc, 4818 Seton Drive, Baltimore, MD 21215-3210. The procurement consists of CNU-738/E SHIPPING AND Storage Containers. The applicable (NIACS) code is 332439, Size Standard 500 Employees. The FSC code is 8145. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
