- PR 0060983166. This solicitation will contain NSN 5895-01-563-4374 SW ANTENNA UNIT, AIR,. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-16-R-0294, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 6 each. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 280 DARO based on market research. Approved source is CAGE 4R1H0, P/N 2006M60H200-10. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item. NSN is not a commercial item. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation reuirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and market research. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on January 6, 2016. Solicitation issue date is January 21, 2016. Solicitation closing date is Febuary 22 2016. The estimated award date is March 31, 2016.
