- applicable clauses The United States Coast Guard HC-27J program requires NEW spare aircraft parts for its fleet. These components are required to support training and operational requirements for 4 separate aircrafts. Only exact part numbers listed in this notice will be accepted. This requirement must be restricted to authorized sources of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or firms who can effectively demonstrate their ability to acquire the components directly from the OEM. The Coast Guard intends to award the requirement to the OEM Alenia Aermacchi for the following items: 1.)NSN:6610-14-543-6786, P/N: 749746-1-1 FQIS,EXT PANEL FUEL QTY (1) EA 2.)NSN:6645-15-199-1869, P/N: Q17-941.22.05.4.WE CRONOGRAPH QUARZ QTY (2) EA 3.)NSN:2925-14-552-2202, P/N: GCU3564AMD.C GCU ALTN QTY (2) EA 4.)NSN:1680-15-200-8042, P/N: 723-5121/01MOD01 PANEL,ILLUMINATED QTY (2) EA 5.)NSN:6110-14-552-2146, P/N: 100BPCU3565-101 BPCU (SWITCH UNIT) QTY (1) EA 6.)NSN:5999-01-HS2-8950, P/N: 723-4676/02MOD.1 PANEL,ILLUMINATED QTY (2) EA Only New traceable parts to the manufacturer are accepted. Full traceability back to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is required and must be documented. The Coast guard requires the distributors or other potential sources to be ASA-100 certified, or in compliance with other quality systems listed in FAA Advisory Circular 00-56A. These requirements are necessary in order for the Coast Guard to maintain the capability to adequately support all Coast Guard missions.
