- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W91SMC-14-T-0007, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 72110 and the small business size standard is $32.5.5M. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation; 0001 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform venue support as defined in the Performance Work Statement dated 07 January 2016, 5 pages. Period of Performance 19 FEB 2016 21 Feb 2016 All services to be performed at the 183 Fighter Wing, IL ANG, Springfield, IL. FOB: Destination for delivery to 3101 J David Jones Pkwy, Springfield, IL 62707. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. To meet the requirements of lowest price technically acceptable, all quotes must have and/or meet all proper certifications, licenses, Air Force Regulations, Air Force Pamphlets, National Fire Protection Association Criteria, and all other technical requirements listed in the statements of work. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 ALT 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
