Description

VA248-16-R-0046 Re-Seal and Re-Stripe Parking Lots A, B & K, Orlando VA Medical Center QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS SET #1 1.Factor 3, Relevant and Recent Past Performance (Tab D) on page 9 states it is "preferable to discuss similar type projects in excess of $2,000,000, but the magnitude of construction is listed as between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Can past projects that fall within the listed magnitude of construction be submitted by the offeror and will they be considered? This was an administrative error and was corrected in the revised solicitation 2.Please confirm that a Certified Independent Third Party (CITP) will be required for this project. A CITP is not required for this requirement. See revised solicitation where this area in the SOW were stricken out 3.Numerous places within the RFP, Section A.2, reference Specification Section 00 11 21, but this specification section is nowhere to be found in the solicitation nor are there any other documents posted to FBO. Please provide missing section as it essential to developing the proposal response. Specification Section 00 11 21 is not required and the references were deleted from the revised solicitation.
