Description

The PCO-EAST (Program Contracting Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with VA Affiliate University of Maryland Baltimore, 655 W. Baltimore St., Baltimore, MD 21201, to utilize the Freezer Program that will support ongoing VA Funded Research Projects. The research studies that are being supported are approved VA funded studies that contain highly complex projects that are proprietary to the VA research. Please refer to the attachment for a list of the requested supplies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide the supplies listed in the attachment must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Tuesday, January 12, 2016 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
