- The proposed contract action is for a brand name only acquisition. The brand name is Dell, Inc. and the model numbers of the product(s) are provided in the combined synopsis/solicitation document (attached). In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification is provided with this synopsis/solicitation. Delivery is FOB Destination and is required not later than 30 days after contract award; Delivery Location is Suffolk, VA. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Quoters shall include a completed copy of 52.209-5. Quoters shall include a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I with quotes, unless that information is current and available in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. All quotes shall include unit and extended price(s), a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms. Quotes will not be accepted by facsimile. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
