Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space : State: MA City: Norwood Delineated Area: City limits of Norwood, excluding the area from the intersection of Dean St. and Washington St. running South the intersection of Dean St. and St. Paul Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5300 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5565 Space Type: Office space Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 84 Soft Term: 36 Option 1 Term: TBD Option 2 Term: TBD Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one level. Agency requires two elevators if proposed space will be located above the first floor. All column spacing within interior space must be at lease 20 ' between columns. Building must be within walking distance of public transportation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space must be capable of meeting the agencies security requirements. Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within the delineated area listed above, with attractive and prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Building must have sufficient public parking nearby. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the none year flood plain.
