Description

This is a notice of intent to sole source to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for the continuing development, maintenance, and support of IT applications initially developed by UCLA in Phase One of the Veterans Administration (VA) research project entitled Effective Screening for Pain. We believe they are the only vendor capable of providing the required services and they are the only vendor approved by the VA to store data collected for this study. A draft of the Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. If you believe that your company is capable of providing the required services in the SOW, then please provide your information to greg.evans3@va.gov by January 15, 2016. Please note that small business contractors must comply with the limitations in subcontracting clause, which requires the prime contractor to perform at least 50% of the work. The Government will not make an award to a small business concern that intends to subcontract the services to a large business and is simply acting as a "pass through". Please demonstrate in your response your capabilities showing that your company is capable of providing at least 50% of the work.
