- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0121 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85, Defense Circular Number 20151230, and Air Force Acquisition Circular revision 2015-1001. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. If quoting an equal product the contractor shall provide specifications of the items being quoted. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- 1 EA 400 Hz Unitron Generator OR EQUAL IAW salient Characteristics listed below: SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Must be floor mounted, 400Hz Frequency Generator, rated as follows: Input: 208V, 3 Phase 50/60Hz Output: 115 V L-N/200 V L-L 3 phase, 400 Hz, 45 kVA continuous load rating (meant to provide aircraft power at this amperage level) Capable of operating 24/7 in temperatures from 0-130 degrees Fahrenheit Built-in maintenance diagnostic system Digital Control Panel External Communication Port Access, front panel USB, Ethernet 1-2: in put surge protection IAW IEEE C62.41, Category B 1-5: 5% Max. AC input current distortion, IGBT active front end 12 IN Leg Kit AC input safety disconnect contactor Alternate input voltage New warranty parts and labor for 1 year Operators/Maintenance Manual Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1P23A - 355 CMS, 3925 S.
