Description

System is a direct replacement for a system currently in use at the Lower Brule PHS, IHS Health Center, Lower Brule, SD and is compatible with the devices and systems that must be interconnected/interfaced. They system is is urgently required to replace a failing and no longer supported clinical chemistry system that the facility is unable to obtain reagents for and cannot continue to operate. The new equipment will help support the IHS Meaningful Use initiative as well as meet other requirements of the Affordable Care Act regarding use of electronic medical records. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition was approved by the CCO on December 16, 2015.
