Description: The purpose of this announcement is to obtain industry comments on the attached Draft SIR for the EPICS requirement. References: 1. Reference FAACO Announcement, dated January 4, 2016, Subject: Enterprise Programs, Infrastructure, and Communications Services (EPICS) - DRAFT SIR 2. The purpose of this amendment is to: a. Provide a draft of Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award, of the EPICS SIR for review and comment. b. Invite interested vendors to indicate if they would like to be included on an EPICS bidder 冱 list for the purpose of publicly disclosing their interest in subcontracting / teaming arrangements for this potential opportunity. The FAA will publish a list of interested vendors at the time of release of the final SIR. Inclusion in this listing is not a requirement for consideration in any future solicitation based on this draft SIR. 3. Responses to original announcement and this amendment must be submitted via electronic mail (e-mail) to the EPICS Contracting Officer, Charles McGovern, charles.mcgovern@faa.gov by the date 5:00 P.M. on February 5, 2016.
