Description
INTRODUCTION: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, has a requirement to provide contractor maintenance support services (CMSS) for the Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic at Patuxent River (FRCMA DET PAX) Maryland. The contractor is required to provide maintenance support expertise and subject-matter-experts to ensure uninterrupted support for level II and level III aircraft maintenance and administrative support on aircraft components, engines, and support equipment (SE). Under this contract, the Contractor is required to possess working and demonstrative organizational level knowledge and expertise to seamlessly dove-tail/integrate qualified personnel into an existing and functioning “ CNAFINST 4790.2 (series) governed - Navy test, restoration rebuild, maintenance, and repair organization FRCMA DET PAX. The Contractor is required to perform as a functional part of the FRCMA DET PAX maintenance organization/team in support of the FRCMA DET PAX maintenance requirements and priorities to meet the Navy ™s maintenance support mission. The Contractor is required to provide maintenance support expertise and subject-matter-experts to ensure uninterrupted support in specified Level II, and limited Level III aircraft maintenance and administrative support on aircraft components, engines, and Support Equipment (SE) as specified in this SOW. The Contractor shall comply with all maintenance, safety, and quality assurance criteria as specified in this SOW and documents, manuals, directives, and instructions delineated in the SOW. It is anticipated that any resulting contract would be accomplished under the provisions of a Section 8(a) set-a-side, firm-fixed-priced (FFP) contract. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 336412 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
