Description

NSN: 6320-01-140-5652, Indicator-Transmitter. One approved source listed as (28199) L-3 COMMUNICATIONS CORP P/N: 10-1514-1. Procurement is for 8 EA, Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Origination with First Destination Transportation (FDT). This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. This is a critical application item. The solicitation will result a Definite Quantity Contract, firm fixed price. Delivery reqeusted as 215 days. PR will be Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in ccordance with 10 USC 2304(c) (1). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past prmance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.
